Just need to clarify a couple of items…

Is the “acid blend” mentioned citric acid ?

Is the “pectic enzyme” pectinase / pectin ?

What are the recommended specificy gravities for watermelon wine. My wifes father makes it in russia and he says add no water, what would I have to change to alter the recipie if I was to add no water.
